We are looking for an experienced, well-organized and self-motivated Sales Coordinator who can provide the necessary support to the sales team.

The objective is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and increase overall sales. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the management team and outside Sales Reps to ensure all administrative and support functions are operating effectively.

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs is a must as well as analytical problem-solving skills in a sales environment, preferably in the wholesale furniture industry.

 

Job Description:

  • Data entry and other general office administration work.
  • Manage emails, answer phones, and help customers with inquiries.
  • Respond to customer and Sales Representative inquiries.
  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Build relationships & develop existing relationships with clients
  • Manage order dispatch process, including: reparation of picking and packing lists for the warehouse; managing freight.
  • Assist in the preparation of organizing of promotional material and events, such as gift shows.
  • Support other tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and as a Sales coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized and the ability to multitask.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Experience in maintaining e-commerce drop-ship platforms
  • Experience with Business Visions or Spire software operating systems preferred
  • Advance MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
