Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic account management plans
- Estimate/ quote jobs for clients
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base
- Utilize technology sales techniques to promote and sell home solutions to customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales
- 2+ years of Plumbing & HVAC experience
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Valid driver's license
